ProductLife Group is looking for a Vigilance Officer/ Case Specialist to join our dynamic team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:

Responsabilities

  • Perform case processing in the Safety Database
  • Downloading ICSR from different HRA portals
  • Triaging of ICSRs
  • Process MLM / NCA / Literature cases in the Safety Database
  • Submission of cases to EMA / MHRA / USA
  • Effectively tracking ICSRs and maintaining ICSR tracker
  • Provide support in audits and inspections

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of science/Pharmacy or Master of science / Pharmacy
  • 2 to 5 years of experience of case processing or PV

Profile

  • Good understanding of Case Processing, GVP module VI, CIOMS
  • Database experience preferred
  • Knowledge of current regulations
  • Process oriented
  • Rigorous and ability to work in a team
  • Use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills in French and in English for business continuity
