Responsibilities

  • To gather, analyze, interpret, and present data to support data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.
  • To work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights, identify problems and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
  • Support actively collection of data from approved sources, such as dataware house and external files.
  • Collaborate with IT engineers to build strong data flows ensuring cleansing and transforming data to make it suitable for analysis
  • Use statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze datasets and identify patterns, trends, and insights
  • Define visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks. Identify key insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data quality checks. Identify on data analysis to drive business decisions

  • Work closely with business analysts to meet objectives

Education

Bachelor in Computer Science, Statistics, Masters in Data Science or Data Analytics

Required Experience

Maximum of 2 years

Required Languages

English French (If possible)

Required Technical Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ years) working as a Data Analyst
  • Proven analytical background
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power B
  • Proficiency regarding database design development, data models, ETL frameworks
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Additional Experience/Skills

  • Programming (SSIS, ETL Frameworks), Databases (SQL), Reporting Packages (SSRS, PowerBI, etc)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python is beneficial.
  • Solution and deliverables-oriented
