Responsibilities

  • Act as local safety officer/ local QPPV / local PV representative for MAH products in the territory.
  • Main contact and communication for health authority and the MAH.
  • Participation in audits/inspections
  • Monthly reconciliations and monthly reports with partners
  • Weekly or monthly (depending on the frequency of publication)surveillance of local journals
  • Monthly surveillance of local Health Authority website for identification of safety related data.
  • Answering phone calls from HCP and non-HCP and eventually replying to e-mails in local languages French/ English/Dutch
  • Product Quality Complaints & Pharmacovigilance case management and registration in client databases
  • Summary drafting of bibliographic research (adhoc)
  • Reporting to client
  • Writing SOP/WPD

Education & Experience

  • Preferably with a scientific background (or Medical secretary) and/or equivalent experience
  • OR Non-scientific background with an interested in medical sector (e.g. telephone operator)
